Senville 18,000 btu mini-split unit. My dogs (two berners) love it. Good price and seer rating. Will buy another one for my out building.
Product works just as it is intended in the cooling and heating mode. Bought it to give mostly cooling to the main floor approx 950 sq ft. Works perfectly in air conditionner or heating.
Unité extérieure vraiment silencieux. Fonctionne très bien. Refroidit à merveille.
No vibration or anything like that. System runs great, and is very quiet. Outdoor unit is whisper quiet.
The unit was shipped well packaged and with all the paperwork. Very highly recommend both the product and the seller.
Cons
Very very unstable with wide cooling temperature fluctuations. Poor design for winter weather and freezing rain. Unsatisfactory reply from company.
