It holds several digital combinations i think 7 plus a manager and a master combination so you can issue different codes to different people

Thus the only real benefit of having multiple codes is that if an employee leaves for whatever reason you can disable that code easily without having to issue new codes to other staff

Staff had to be trained to openclose the drop multiple times to sort of shake the money bag so that it falls properly into the safe
