To make changes to the combo i had to call their 1800 number since the directions are not correct for both of my different sentrysafes

Their guy at the help desk will not know how to do it either just work with him but then he will get ahold of a manager and give you the correct code

The combination lock offers several features including master codes supervisor codes and user codes

Resetting codes only took a few minutes but you have to read the instructions closely to get it right

Once this happens you have to enter the code again to close the door

Theres no way to change this timing which is a bit of a pain
