Was abit hit or miss if it would do as it says but have too say what a good bit of kit the photos and what is said about how good it iswell id say its better than they say i train every day and 19 stone and never once has it fell over as well made and their description is totally accurate it might sway with the punchers or kicks but the spring mechanism they have a spot on plus the base unit with the sucker cups keeps it fixed really like it as it is totally hard wearing the description does not do it justice
