Well if you would like to change your colour every 5 days or so than this is ideal the peeloff method didnt work for me but used with foils no need for filingbuffing it comes off easily
But trying to removed the gel from my nails was a nightmare and it damaged my nails really badly
i would not recommend this product at all as it was a waste of money
