This is the lightest, most comfortable headset i ever owned. Battery life is amazing and the over the head strap works great.
It replaces a blue parrot headset which broke and wasn't really any of the above.
He's actually complemented them aloud multiple times. Once everything was set up, everything works as a charm.
Cons
Audio drops out randomly during calls. The only way to get it back is to disconnect and reconnect from bluetooth. The dongle is fragile and sticks out precariously from the usb port. If i am in the middle of something and my tool malfunctions then i w... Read More

I would prefer it to be slightly louder for noisy environments but if i can hear the ring tone from my phones speaker ill be able to hear people on the headset
