Pros

Senna is the only thing that works for me and my regularity. Because of certain medications i take, i need a reliable product that counteracts the constipationthose meds give me. A great product with zero cramps.

The only negative is that if one lets a tab get stuck to his tongue or roof of his mouth, the taste is execrable. I use these in combination with physium hulk pills and they work wonderfully.

Cons

This product is senna only with no docusate stool softener in it like pericolace has. The amazon product page show 8 inactive ingredients and none are talc. Talc is a know carcinogen!

It has a strong offensive taste and smell. It causes a lot of flatulence that i don't get with other senna brands. Smelled bad going down, taste terrible, smelled bad processing (gas), and bad coming out. Smells be and tastes bad.
