Some of the adhesive holding the cushioning on lost its grip after only a few uses

It has a padded base that is it will not scratch the ipad

The only reason for the 4 star is because occasionally the snugness is not quite their i had one occurrence of my device slipping out of the hold when i was trying to attach it to the tripod
