The strap is not so good as made from some form of plastic and rubs and causes sweat under it but this is just a case of taking it off after and wet towelling your wrists

I have a career this watch looks good in professional clothing which allows me to track the number of steps and blood pressure throughout the day it is very easy to use and the software on my iphone works very well
