Obviously there is no support i am a 36c and can only wear them under clothes that are tight or have a shelf but i love not wearing a bra and these are pretty discreet yes someone staring at your breasts would probably notice you have circles instead of nipples but it is not superobvious

I am a big fan of opened back shirts dresses and these come handy although the shirt or dress does show a border of where the pad is placed

Just be sure to check in the mirror before heading out because you can kind of see their outlines if youre wearing thin fabric like just a camisole
