These sena's are great for providing instruction. Easy to install and easy to connect to. Set all my settings through an app on my laptop, but can be set through the device too.

New purchase here. Will update. Calls, music, directions are all simple and flawless. We just like to communicate well with each other.

Cons

The only reason i can think that sena would do this is they must hate their customers and are trying to kill them. The new 20s have very conflicting reviews and was a lot more expensive. An expensive disappointment at that.
