Once i learned that to pair it to my 20s i had to go into the menu function and scroll to the remote setup function it paired right away

Function after your sena is on i touch the top button and the rc4 responds that it is connected and asks for a voice command

Also i did see some people complaining the hinge is weak i suspect these are people who take it on and off the bike a lot
