Be sure to download the sena dock program on your computer, and update it before use. Controls are easy if you can memorize them. Bluetooth music play works well.

Mesh works, but gobbles up battery. Mesh network audio quality is so poor that it's unusable.

In theory, practical application is so-so. It is disgraceful. No life in it whatsoever. If you like spending hours on the couch trying to figure out how do do things, sena is for you.

The sena 30k, in addition to being completely unreliable has horrible ergonomics and is bloated in its functionality. The 30k is not capable of that kind of multi-tasking.

Sena is a software company, but they have the most confusing app and web page. The software is still buggy and unstable. Syncing with friends is a nightmare too. I have zero interest in playing "beta-tester" for sena.
