I'm sure it's not as resilient as a two-part epoxy primer, but who wants to mess with all that? Worked well for my aluminum motorcycle mount project. Worked in prep for magnesium.

It goes on smoothly, dries quickly, and produces a nice even finish. It also flattens out nice while drying.

Got the same product from lowes for $4. Very liquidy and very runny. Do not use this on anodized aluminium.

Far superior to any rustoleum product for metal
A very thin coat one pass covers well and in that regard it is far superior to cheaper brands rustoleum in particular
It recommended not applying the final color right over it so i did a coat of primer sealer and applied rustoleum deere yellow

Just never spray it on painted or partially painted surface as you will see it work as a paint stripper trying to etch its way into metal
