Pros & Cons
Pros
Compared to spray paint, it's a little pricey, but it was well worth every penny. Shake well to prevent nozzle plug up. Great job for you as prep for the finish coat.
Cons
The nozzle is the old style, wears out your finger in 30 seconds, the droplet mess is another item to contend with. Hopefully it is durable because the steps and time involved to refinish a plastic bumper are a royal pain and fairly expensive.
Did not live up to the billing. Messed up my entire project. Should have listened to negative reviews. You have to enter a return chat to get a return, which will just be a refund.
Highlights

I picked up my other primer from a local auto paint store and it was cheaper and worked the same and it didnt take almost 6 days to get it
Pricey stuff for sure but if you want a good base for a paint job on plastic
Too bad it doesnt come in a quart at this price but i dont expect to paint plastic very often
Competitiveness
Ive used similar products from other companies this is by far the best
Sem has been one of the better made products that cost less than products like 3m
Eastwood sells something similar but it’s more expensive i don’t think it’s as good
A little too expensive based on comparable products

The key to avoiding the globs and silly string some reviewers complained about is to after shaking as directed initially spray on a spare piece of cardboard or newspaper
