Collapsed when in the car and opened up when in the hotel and it fits perfectly in her crate at our favorite airbnb she has to be crated if we leave her alone not long though i promise

First shipment was lost in the mail and amazon reshipped few questions asked

Then when i receive package i found only the bottom and what turns out to be a random thing there was a 2 marked on the label so i jumped to the conclusion that box 1 was the top

I queried the usps and they called within 12 hrs and i learned that if there were two packages there would be two tracking numbers

So i looked at the product again and all i saw was the bottom until i played the video that is included in the amazon product page
