Pros
Good quality, self-healing matt. Seems like a decent product. I am thoroughly enjoying using it.
Great sized board for sewing and crafting. The measurement markings are clearly visible and accurate. It holds up really well against the blades, and it's really easy to clean up paint and glue.
Cons
A cutting mat that doesn’t self-heal is just a slab of junk. This is a 23”x35” cutting mat, which is not what was stated. But the discounted price is because the mat does not self- heal.

Its a great price for the size and its both metric and imperial which i love
Great reasonable price most others are much more expensive
Spilling paint or slipping my blade on to the kitchen table would have cost me my life if my wife saw

Came with a small chip on one side corner but that was probably the delivery not the actual products issue

Havent use it yet but wanted you to know that came in a large box unfolded will be using to tear down things not for cutting so cant speak to self healing quite thick and heavy though

I failed to look closely at the photo which does show the workable size is 23x17 confirmed in my own uploaded photo

The description reflects this but it is easy to miss as the much larger font product title declares 24x18

My main purpose is to use as a drawing surface so i am not concerned with the self healing attribute which having felt the texture of the surface and looked at the sides to see how it is laminated i would absolutely not trust this mat to be in any way self healing

Ive had others just like this one apart from the colour and even the most delicate cuts into the surface will leave a mark shortening the life of the mat for anyone expecting to be able to cut on it and have it selfhealing
