This is a helpful book to learn the basic principles about self defense. Shows some moves to help you protect yourself if an attack arises. Great guide to surviving any encounter with a stranger. How to defend yourself in an unexpected situation.

What he does have in it are things any * already knows! Nothing about getting someone off of you, getting out of a situation where you are grabbed from behind, etc. Instead, you are told to kick someone in the groin.
