These are not bad in any way share performs a pretty great and i havent had a problem with any of them yet so far none of them have delaminated them and ive had them in below 60° weather and ive had them in vehicles that are reaching 140 does take a bit of time to line them up and not all of them are 100 perfect or then again maybe the business cards arent cut 100 perfect but i find if i put them together facing one of the flat ends on a table they go together pretty well i did try heating them up very slightly with using like a blow dryer just to see if i can get that stickiness to stick to the more but i have found thats really not necessary at the most i put them together get a stack done and i will take my metal thermal cup and roll across each one as like a final press and then i like to put these on peoples doors i put them on my vehicle so as people walk by they can just grab one and they work really well it just takes time and patience to get them all lined up and put together if you dont want to do that i recommend just buying magnetic business cards from the getgo  Read Less
