You rotate the handles 90º to properly orient the grips for each set of handles and lock the handle in place with a cotter pin

Well worth the money 2 in one
This is a great way for a barbell owner to get into landmines at a low cost
As to price maybe you get what you pay for
Any time you can get two landmine attachments for the floorspace and budget of one attachment youre doing good

The value of this product is very reasonable compared to the other products that are out there
Then again the finish on rogues tbar is powder coat

I don’t feel comfortable or confident loading 4 45lbs plates on a bar and using this

The wide grip is more of a shoulder width for me and the normal grip is not wide enough

Good if not lifting heavy and your an average sized person but if you’re a bit larger this isn’t made for use

One improvement would be if they put a grip parallel or in line with the bar for meadows rows
