The welds and cuts are both clean with no * left over. The finish is matte and smoothly textured, although not polished. The quality is fantastic, from the thick sturdy metal with high quality welds, to the beautiful glimmery matte paint.

The size is perfect for a decorative shelf or other decorative use in a living area. We have lots of deer around here, so this fits my rural home.
