Pros

Magnetized tray holds a hammer and/or screwdriver. Folds to a smaller size making storage convienient. Standing platform is also a great feature.

This ladder is awesome! Fast shipping, quality product. Worth every penny.

Ladder is lightweight enough to tote around by yourself. Can be used to clean gutters or hang christmas lights. Can also be used as a gutter ladder. Comes in black or white.

One of the latches sticks so i have to make sure that it is secure. The video shows it snaps on the rear uprights, but mine has a metal hook that hangs over one ofthe rear rungs. Outdoors the front legs are a little wobbly.

Great multi use ladder has all the right stuff. Works as advertised. Quality and product features are outstanding.

Cons

It's unstable to work on a floor that’s not very flat such as concrete forget about landscaping cutting trees. Too heavy to carry and maneuver, wheels are useless. Still is unsafe to climb for a person like me who's 65 yrs.

If you have good upper body strength youll be fine and you will have a highquality stable ladder to work with

Very sturdy and stable even when standing on the higher rungs

If there were nothing but 8 ceilings i might have to think that this nonadjustable platform ladder would be a better choice
