    The very first time i used the sela steam brush i couldnt figure out why the steam function wasnt working the water level was just not going down

    I tried distilled water tipping it a certain way to get gravity to force water in using the squeeze bottle that came with it to squeeze water into the other hole that connects to the tubing these didnt work
