Pros

If you are considering this watch, it's a no-brainer. It's received some compliments at work too. Seiko is a well-respected brand and the quality exceeds the price.

I find myself having to re-set the time with great regularity. Mine gains about 7 seconds a day, which is typical for a mechanical watch. Loses about two minutes a week, but that's to be expected.

It's my first foray into automatic watches.

Night-time glow feature is better than i thought it would be, gets very bright and holds the glow for a while. Nice 24 hour markings on the dial face. It has a seconds hand, day of week indicator, and day of month indicator.

Cons

Band is barely long enough to clasp. Justcalculators tell me that is does not. Loses about one minute a day, but worse is that it won't stay wound up for more than three or four hours.
