I turned memc off and rewatched a scene where the judder was frequent and obnoxious and it was entirely gone
Update 662015 the judder issue has been fixed
Competitiveness
I already had a great soundbar hooked to my previous 40inch tv so i couldnt care less about the actual tv speakers
The 60hz refresh rate is no problem is ideal for gaming
This was probably the best deal on a 60inch flat screen tv
Just use a soundbar and ignore the builtin speakers
