Pros

The extendable part of the snowbrush is perfect for our small compact car. The brush end can be switched to push pull or parallel to sweep snow. Other side is bush is like a squeegee can be used for heavier wet snow.

Cons

This is (in my opinion) a major design flaw. Unlike the ad stated, the bristles are incredibly hard, and will scratch the paint surface. Emailed support, no response.
