L-5mthf is a more natural form of folic acid. I take methotrexate and was taking 3mg of folic acid daily to help with the side effects until my nurse practitioner suggested this product.

The packaging protects the bottle from being crushed. The capsules are easy to *. I prefer this capsule because it is a vegetarian capsule.
