Pros
This mount is better than the one that came with my arlo camera kit. Works perfect for indoor and especially outdoor use in cold /all conditions. My only complaint is that the wing nut locking collar is a bit difficult to turn.
The arlo brand is heavier construction, but i have not had any problems with this one. They seem more durable and have a greater extended reach. Well worth the money.
Cons
This thing is worthless. Horrible customer service. It is defective. Spend the extra 10 bucks and get an authentic netgear mount.

It has been exposed to freezing rain wind and snow and temperatures in single digits

My only complaint is that the wing nut locking collar is a bit difficult to turn and hence made locking the camera into the desired position a bit more difficult than i would have expected

It seemed to me the threads were not manufactured quite to spec but that is an impression and opinion not a statement of fact
