Pros

Easy to install and remove. Easy to remove if you remember the inside latch on the back side of the tire is directly across from one of the outside latches. Good added traction with the z tread pattern. Much easier on flat terrain, the less stuff you'...  Read More

Put the chains on after clearing in front and behind each wheel - new out of the box. Practice at home to make sure you (1) know the routine and (2) are strong enough to join the fasteners. I wish they included a plastic sheet to keep your knees dry a...  Read More

Zt741 fits the rear 245/75r/16 tires on my 2014 2wd sprinter. Fits my 4runner perfectly. Note the two chains are identical - there is not a driver side and a passenger side.

Great chain. Arrived promptly. Will and already recommend.

The chains are somewhat loose until the rubber tightener is applied and then the chains are very snug. Make sure that the thicker metal pieces (don’t know what to call them, the six in the photo) are evenly overlapping the tire before tightening the t...  Read More

Cons

I guess they believe that rollover accidents are a better alternative.

Quality

I am pleased with the quality of the chains

I have used this company on two other vehicles and have enjoyed the quality and reliability

The construction quality is quite good however the storage box they come in is too small and awkwardly shaped

Similarly with the tighteners on the outside of the tire

Packaging/appearance

Although much heavier than a set of snow socks the whole kit isn’t actually that much bulkier than the socks after their first ...  Read More

A pair of pliers might help to pull the tighteners together

Competitiveness

I bought to fit my 2015 ford explorer sport
