Customer service representative went above normal helpfulness. I am now happy with this purchase, even though it may have been frustrating initially. Kudos to michelle.

System has one big problem that is not solvable! Instructions and software are worthless. The instructions are bad.

Record and playback functions are now operative -- apparently just an insecure connection. These cameras stream at literally less than 15 kb per second. Barely works on mobile network and i cant even watch recordings on my phone.

It just keeps restarting. When left open for a long period of tome it freezes or goes offline.

Overall the product works well the setup was easy and the support was prompt
