Unfortunately i stored it in a storage unit over the winter when i was moving and it was subjected to freezing temperatures which somehow affected the screen

Everything is now very faint and hard to read but if you look very closely you can make out what the screen is saying and the touch screen still works so i didnt totally ruin it

For some reason the unit which i was using as an extender no longer detected any of the wireless networks available

I called tech support and i was patiently talked through the steps necessary to get everything back to normal
