Pros

This stuff works. Good product, product has to be mixed and it is very sticky. I really don't have much of a fear in the above freezing temps, but i got a feeling that i'm gonna have some work to do in april 2021 after the winter.

It has a spout and makes it pour out cleanly. Make sure to pick large enough containers for your mix, plus a little extra space.

Built a privacy fence to hide my ugly propane tanks. Set a total of 16 post for a front yard fence. In mild coastal areas, termites apparently never take a break.

Cons

Secure set expands unevenly, sometimes leaving large gaps on the sides and especially as it expands coming out of the top of the hole. Water tends to seep in between foam crack lines. Do not use on anything more than a small, simple fence project.
