I have not had any malfunctions or issues with the product and i have had this for approximately 3 years now
The product works fine but its hard to get the water container in place
Although with a few minor workarounds i am overall fairly satisfied with it

It worked great but it stopped working after a couple months

It steams for about 15 minutes and then makes an annoying loud pitch sound that informs you that it’s out of water

My only other complain is the button at the bottom of the machine if it is not on a flat stable surface it will turn the machine off from heating up until you find a stable spot

The only thing i don’t like about it is when i pick up the machine to move it the cup of water falls off
