We had an older waffle maker from a long time ago which didnt offer rotation so its always burnt at the bottom

Lol i bought this because of some gimmicky discount with a stovetop and i probably would not have bought a waffle maker if i spent a couple more minutes purchasing

The one thing i wish it had was a timer because most time you just have to guess or wait for the steam to stop to know its done

The redgreen lights on the top are only for knowing when the maker has heated up to the point of pouring in your batter

Other than that the fact that the plates pop off is a real selling point

The clip on the front to keep the plates together while cooking is also a great feature so while the waffles puff up the top wont raise

It has lights that tell you when the machine is heated up enough to use and again when the waffles are done

You get the high ridges of belgian waffles but the pockets are rather thin
