This book has some serious gold nuggets inside. I'm devouring these types of books lately and this one was no different. Well written, and laid out.
Every salesperson needs this book. It’s a great book with a begging to end process on how to sell. If you are a beginner and want to know the basics of selling this book will provide you with an excellent foundation.
My favorite thing about mike is that he communicates in the way i would like to communicate with my customers. Mike keeps it simple and to the pont. Mike kaplan is truly a master of his art.

The content is poor, the advise is totally impractical. The formatting is completely off, with caps and lower case randomly appearing throughout. There are no secrets here - the information is valuable but basic. No tips.
