Pros

Clench, quint or kegels are the best way to *. Non-stop * are more sanitary.

The envelope was cushioned with bubble wrap. The pouch looks like the picture. The balls aren't tarnished. These are better than the american version of ben wa balls that are plastic or silicone.

Their polished to a high silvery sheen. They are easy to clean and fit perfectly & discretely in the pouch.

At home we have carpet but at work it is majority concrete flooring and stairs. Perfect size. My gf is a petite 115lb girl who is tight.
