Now since i am so skinny i cannot stay in local pools lakes or the ocean for very long i get cold super fast within 10 minutes i am blue in the lips

Maintenance note after swimming in a salt or chlorinated pool make sure to rinse the suit well otherwise the chemicals will start to deteriorate the suit

But it does fit very snugly and i think if you are new to wet suits that is something to get used to

There is some restriction but not enough i think to cause problems while diving

It’s not 3mm thick more like 2mm

I think ok for temps 65 and above not so great below that
