Pros

This tempurpedic foam is definitely a step up. After 8 hours sitting on this cushion, the pain-and-numbness in my hip and leg are no longer an issue. The cover is a nylon type elastic removable.

This pad is much denser than the sleep pillow and therefore a much more comfortable for me. Works well for my sciatica -- my desk chair is far too hard. Only issue is using on an electric scooter by a 6’ man.

Cons

The seat cushion is too small! If you suffer from ischial bursitis, this is not the answer. This newer, shaped cushion locks you into position, and it is especially uncomfortable for men.

I tried 3 other cushions which cheaper but were fails either not comfortable or smashed flat in seconds

Ive tried other brands but the tempurpedic brand of seat cushion this one is by far the best

Tried the cheaper versions and thats exactly what they were cheaper versions
