Pros
I recommend this to everyone who have coccyx and lower back issues. Not displeased with it but surprised at the firmness.
The quality is durable and arrived perfectly! Bought for sciatica. Decent value for the 2 piece set overall. I still think the quality is not as good as the origin one from two years ago but it still gets the job done.
Cons
It comes with two straps but i presumed this one to be defective as the other strap it came with strapped fine. It hurts my backside when i sit on it. It’s very uncomfortable to sit on.

The back support is great for posture using an office chair

The fusion worked but since it is smaller than the chair cushion you have to adjust it each time you sit on it so it relieves the pain area
