Pros

This product is great for brining pork and poultry. Just use a teaspoon to get the seasoning and lightly sprinkle on your foods. Great for seasoning chicken and fish.

Flavors and smell are nice but the flavor is the best all in one spice you could have. Excellent taste and aroma. It has great flavor just like from an expensive steakhouse.

Cons

New" plastic shaker top is an expensive one for the consumer due to spillage and ruined dishes. I like the coarseness of the salt when shaken from the jar so this purchase will be my last. Ruined about 3 gallons of grandma's soup.
