Rope clearance is tight on this product but it is only a 4 inch cleat

But close enough you have to drill out 12 or less of one hole often the backing plate falls off

One other problem 1 of the 6 cleats i bought did not have the inset drilled properly so the screw did not set properly this means the screw will likely leak water into the boat

Also select two washers for each bolt one large flat washer and one lock washer
