Will roll up under leggings. High waist and enough room for the larger feminine pads needed. Very stretchy and comfortable. I normally wear a medium, but got these in an xl.

These are perfect to hold my bandages. They're super comfortable and better than the ones you get at the hospital. If you are planning on delivering soon these are a must have for your hospital bag.
