Pros
I have 1 tb whixh is much older still in good condition. It is a great hard disk with relatively fast read and write speed and has a ton of storage so i would never run out of it soon.
Replaced the cable with good quality usb cable and since then working superbly for last 6 years. Fast when plugged to usb 3.
Cons
Seagate hard disk broke down after crossing its 3-year warranty period. Seagate service center says there is no repair possible. Amazon should take the responsibility to give better warranty n service for products we trust and buy from them.
No replacement. Should have tried other. All money goes in trash.
It was used by my mother very sparsely just to keep a backup of photos. I was just kept in my drawer. It's got memories corrupted.
