I cloned my hhd to seagate barracuda ssd drive easy with the software provided by the website and then after installing it to my laptop didn’t work restarting showing bios means that the drive can’t be detected

The only issue after was downloading the seagate utilities installed and standalone couldnt get either to install kept getting permission errors

Looks like their installation script uses java and perhaps my java setting are too restrictive but i couldnt figure it out and seagate support tried to push it onto microsoft

We decided to add a ssd for read caching and selected the seagate barracuda ssd sata iii 500gb internal ssd drive for this purpose
