Pros
Reviewer says she started seeing a difference in about 2 weeks after taking the supplement. The product is vegan, which is a bonus if you follow a vegan regimen.
The gel caps are easy to * and for someone like me who has always had trouble swallowing pills, that makes a good thing even better. My only issue with these capsules, and it's a small one, is that they cause fishy burps unless taken with food.
Nails seem to grow a little faster and are not chipping as easily. My wife has brittle nails and skin that is sometimes harder to heal or heal with callus.
Biotin makes nails much stronger and my hair is thicker and more luxuriant. Overall, i believe omega and biotin are good supplement to the daily intake of our food.
Cons
My nails are breaking and chipping more than before i started taking these supplements. My hair is still as dry and frizzy as ever.

Originally i thought that this meant that these pills would also have the advantage of not leaving you with fish burps the unpleasant gassy aftereffect of most fish oil supplements

If you dont take these with food or before bed you will get just as nasty a burp except it will taste like old seaweed instead of old fish
