Pros
The oval shape allows better space management. I like it over a couple compression strap bags that didn't last. Have 3 different sizes for different things to pack in my ruck and stay dry and organized.
Best feature is the (waterproof) venting bottom that allows air to escape when you roll them up. Replaces a more expensive dry sack that failed after about 30 cycles of stuffing and unstuffing.
These are great, but the are not 100% if the bag is submerged for a long time unless you pack them very tightly. I test them by putting them in a plugged bath tub with a cold shower on them for ten minutes, then let them float in the tub overnight. Th... Read More

It is light and waterproof but durability is at a minimum. Perhaps durability and lightness/flexibility is an impossible dream.
