I had to experiment with word pitchprint a few times but i finally got the information i wanted on two sides of a piece of paper that i printed out cut to size glued back to back and then used a self adhesive laminating sheet on both sides to protect the print more

For both the dogs and the cats i slipped the ring which comes with each piece around the cloth collar itself and did not attach that ring to the ring on the collar because it would hang to low
