I can easily remove the sd card from the adapter and then slid it back in

When i inserted the adapter card with sd card mounted in it into my camera body it slid in snugly and when i pressed the button to eject the card it slid back out flawlessly

If it appears to bind in your device try to look closely and see where its catching and if theres a way to reduce or get around that snag point
