I wear a size medium in my wetsuit i have a 34” waist measured with a cloth tape measure not the sizing of your pants with a 3mm wet suit my waist is 35” and 36” for a 5mm wet suit

You will also need a minimum length of 4 inches between the edges of the weight belt to accommodate the buckle
