Pros
Has the screw for camera mounts and the slide in part for the gopro mount clips. Worry free way to secure your gopro to your kayak or boat.
Great camera mount for my kayak. Works with every scotty product. Great for kayaking.
Works like a charm holding my muvi. Easy to use and not a pain to install or remove. Liked the ease of using.
It's stable and completely adjustable, kinda like a gimble. You lot ot in place once you find the right angle for you. Solid like all scotty products.
Cons
The quality and usefulness of the products i have bought are pretty much not there for kayak needs. Might hold up for a compass or small point and shoot camera, but not for anything larger.

The mounting hole in the bottom of the camera is not in the center where it should be to keep the camera balanced
